  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs 
  • large eggs lightly beaten
  • cup flour all-purpose
  • tablespoons parsley fresh chopped
  • pinch garlic powder 
  • medium onion finely chopped
  • pinch pepper 
  • pinch salt 
  • tablespoons butter unsalted
  • 0.3 cup vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the onions and saute until translucent, about 7 minutes.
  4. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Stir in the beaten egg and parsley.
