  • pint blueberries fresh
  • tablespoons cornstarch 
  • ounces cream cheese softened
  •  graham cracker crust (9 inches)
  • tablespoon juice of lemon 
  • teaspoon lemon zest grated
  • drops food coloring red
  • pint strawberries fresh divided sliced
  • 0.7 cup sugar divided

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine half of the strawberries and lemon juice; mash berries.
