Ingredients

  • cups bread crumbs with the crust removed (from ½ loaf)
  • cup hazelnuts crushed toasted
  • pound sausage sweet italian
  • tablespoons sage whole finely sliced for roasting
  • 15 pound chicken breast halves boneless
  • serving salt and pepper freshly ground
  • tablespoons olive oil extra virgin extra-virgin

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Place bread cubes on a baking sheet.

  12. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
