  • ounces angel hair pasta whole-wheat cooked
  • 0.3 cup flat-leaf parsley leaves 
  • large garlic cloves 
  • 0.3 cup olive oil 
  • 0.3 cup parmesan cheese shaved with a vegetable peeler freshly grated
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • cups swiss chard leaves packed chopped
  • 0.5 cup walnuts chopped
