  • 20  individually wrapped caramels 
  • 12  celery stalks 
  • 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon 
  • cup apples i use 2 granny smith apples cored peeled finely chopped
  • 0.3 cup milk 
  • cup walnuts finely chopped
  • 18.3 oz duncan hines classic decadent cake mix

Directions

  1. Prepare cake mix according to package instructions; stir in apples and cinnamon. Fill paper-lined jumbo muffin cups 2/3 full.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted near center tests clean.
  3. Combine caramels and milk in a small saucepan over low heat; stir until melted and smooth.
  4. Drizzle caramel over cooled cupcakes; sprinkle nuts over top. Insert a craft stick into center of each cupcake.
