Ingredients

  • 18  shrimp with the shells still on and peel and de-vein them yourself.
  • 0.5 cup tequila 
  •  juice of lime 
  • tablespoon honey 
  • Clove garlic chopped
  • tablespoons cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • teaspoon kosher salt 
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper fresh black

Directions

  1. Peel and devein the shrimp
  2. Combine the tequila, lime juice, honey, garlic, salt, pepper, and cilantro in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Whisk well to combine.

  5. Let shrimp marinate for 15 minutes
  6. Remove shrimp from marinade and set aside
