Ingredients

  • 0.3 cup cheese light shredded divided kraft
  • tablespoons cilantro leaves finely chopped
  • 12  mushrooms fresh
  • clove garlic minced
  • tablespoon salad dressing italian kraft
  • small onion finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup bell pepper red finely chopped
  • tablespoon taco seasoning

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Remove stems from mushrooms; chop stems.
  3. Heat dressing in medium skillet on medium heat.
  4. Add stems, onions, peppers and garlic; cook and stir 5 min. or until onions and peppers are crisp-tender. Stir in cilantro, seasoning mix and 2 Tbsp. cheese.
  5. Spoon into mushroom caps; place in single layer in shallow pan.
  6. Bake 15 min.; top with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake 5 min. or until mushrooms are tender and filling is heated through.
