Ingredients

  • can coconut milk 
  • cube ice cubes 
  •  banana frozen
  • tbsp chocolate chips dark
  • tbsp coconut oil 
  • tbsp coconut shredded unsweetened

Equipment

  • bowl
  • ramekin
  • ice cube tray
  • microwave

Directions

  1. Pour coconut milk into an ice cube tray and put into the freezer for a few hours.
  2. Remove 6 coconut cubes from the freezer and 2 bananas.
  3. Let thaw for 15 minutes.
  4. Add ingredients into the Yonana, alternating between banana and coconut cubes
  5. Once ingredients have been processed through, you should have a product similar to mine below.
  6. Portion 3 servings into ramekins and put into the freezer as you prepare the topping.
  7. For the chocolate sauce: in a microwave safe bowl combine coconut oil and chocolate chips.
  8. Microwave for 1 minute (stirring halfway).
  9. Remove the ramekins from freezer and immediately pour chocolate sauce onto them.
  10. Immediately top with shredded coconut.
  11. Serve and enjoy!
