  • 0.3 cup salad dressing fat-free italian
  • tablespoons parmesan cheese grated
  • cups the of 1 cos lettuce

Directions

  1. In a large saucepan, bring 1/2 in. of water to a boil.
  2. Add asparagus; cover and boil for 3-5 minutes or until crisp-tender.
  3. Drain and immediately place asparagus in ice water.
  4. Drain and pat dry.
  5. Line a serving platter with romaine leaves; top with torn romaine. Arrange asparagus over romaine; top with tomatoes.
  6. Drizzle with dressing and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Serve immediately.
