  • tablespoon chili powder 
  • 0.3 cup cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  •  jalapeno seeded finely chopped
  • tablespoon juice of lime fresh ()
  • 0.5 cup cup heavy whipping cream sour reduced-fat
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt
