  • cups spinach frozen thawed
  •  garlic clove crushed
  • teaspoon seasoning italian
  • ounces lasagne pasta sheets 
  • cup part-skim ricotta 
  • 16 ounces tomatoes low-sodium divided
  • 0.3 cup parmesan grated
  • 0.5 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese fresh divided
  • tablespoons salt 
  • 0.5 cup onion white minced

  1. Heat oven to 375°F. In a largepan over medium heat, cookbeef, mushrooms, onion,garlic, parsley, salt, basil, Italianseasoning, fennel seeds andpepper until beef is browned,12 minutes; transfer to a bowland stir in ricotta. Cook noodlesas directed on package; drainand rinse with cold water.In an 8" x 11" baking dish coatedwith cooking spray, place alayer of noodles.
