  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • 16 ounce yogurt plain
  • servings salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a food processor or blender, combine yogurt, cucumber, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, dill and garlic. Process until well-combined.
