  • cups water 
  • 1.5 cups milk 
  • tablespoons butter cut into pieces
  • 9.4 oz roasted garlic mashed
  • oz cream cheese cut into pieces (from 8 oz package)
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black
  • 0.5 cup fried onions french
  • tablespoon parsley fresh chopped

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375°F. In 3-quart saucepan, heat water, milk, and butter to boiling; remove from heat. Stir in 2 pouches potatoes, cream cheese and pepper. Spoon into ungreased 2-quart casserole.
  2. Bake immediately, or cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours.
  3. Bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes or until hot.
  4. Sprinkle with onions; bake 5 minutes longer or until onions are golden.
  5. Sprinkle with parsley.
