Ingredients

  • lb ground beef 80% lean (at least )
  • 0.5 cup onion chopped
  • cup bell pepper green coarsely chopped
  • 28 oz tomato sauce 
  • oz pepperoni diced
  • 2.3 oz olives ripe drained sliced canned
  • cup milk 
  •  eggs 
  • oz pizza cheese shredded
  • cups frangelico

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. In 12-inch skillet, cook beef, onion and bell pepper over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is thoroughly cooked; drain.
  2. Stir in pizza sauce, pepperoni and olives; heat until hot. Spoon into ungreased 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish.
  3. In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, milk and eggs until blended.
  4. Pour evenly over pepperoni mixture.
  5. Bake uncovered about 25 minutes or until crust is light brown.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Bake uncovered about 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
