  • 45 oz black beans canned
  • tablespoons vegetable oil 
  • cup onion sweet chopped
  • cloves garlic finely chopped
  • teaspoons chili powder 
  • teaspoon ground cumin 
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 29 oz canned tomatoes diced with jalapeños, undrained canned
  • 12 oz crumbles 
  • extra large vegetable cube 
  • cups water 
  • serving cream sour
  • serving cheddar cheese shredded
  • serving jalapeno sliced

Directions

  1. Drain and rinse 2 cans black beans (do not drain third can); set aside.
  2. In 4- to 6-quart Dutch oven, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add onion and garlic; cook 6 to 8 minutes, stirring frequently, until tender. Stir in chili powder, cumin, pepper and salt; cook 3 minutes.
  4. Stir in diced tomatoes, burger crumbles, bouillon cube, water and drained and undrained beans.
  5. Heat to boiling over medium-high heat; reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve with desired toppings.
