- 1 tsp oil
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded kraft
- 1 lb chicken breasts boneless skinless cut into thin strips
- 3 cups pre-cut stir-fry vegetables mixed green red (broccoli, carrots, and peppers, onions, snow peas)
