  • medium apples cored peeled chopped
  • tablespoons barbecue sauce 
  •  carrots peeled chopped
  • cup cranberries 
  •  chicken breast halves boneless skinless
  • 0.5 medium onion sweet chopped
  •  sweet potatoes and into

  2. Pierce the sweet potato several times with a fork and cut in half.
