  • ounces caviar black rinsed drained
  • ounces caviar red
  • ounces cream cheese softened
  •  hardboiled eggs finely chopped
  • medium onion finely chopped
  • 0.3 cup cream sour

Directions

  1. Spread the onion out on a paper towel set over a plate and place in the refrigerator to dry out a bit, about 30 minutes.
