  • cups broccoli florets frozen
  • oz mushrooms drained canned
  •  eggs 
  • cups ore-ida hash brown potatoes diced thawed
  • cup low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese shredded divided kraft
  • 0.3 cup milk 
  • 0.5 tsp thyme leaves and onion powder dried
  • 0.3 tsp pepper

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Press potatoes onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray. Top with 1/2 cup cheese, mushrooms and broccoli.
  3. Whisk eggs, milk and seasonings until blended; pour over ingredients in pie plate.
  4. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  5. Bake 35 min. or until center is set and top is golden brown.
