Ingredients

  • 200 rump steak 
  • 200 bok choy 
  •  bell pepper red seeded
  • tbsp unrefined sunflower oil 
  • 100 sauce (choose your favourite flavour)
  • 300 extra wide egg noodles 

Equipment

  • frying pan
  • wok

Directions

  1. Trim any visible fat from the steak, then slice into thin strips.
  2. Cut each head of pak choi lengthways into four. Dice the pepper into small squares.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan or wok.
  4. Add the pepper and fry for 1 minute.
  5. Add the beef and fry until browned all over. Tip in the pak choi and cook briefly until it starts to wilt.
  6. Stir in the sauce and 2 tablespoons of water, bring to the boil, then stir in the noodles and warm through, loosening them until they are completely coated in sauce.
  7. Serve straight away.
