  • pound turtle beans dry assorted cooked
  • cups chicken broth 
  •  chicken breast 
  • tablespoons cornstarch 
  • tablespoons water cold
  • cup regular corn 
  •  bell pepper chopped
  •  bell pepper chopped
  • 0.5  onion chopped
  • cloves garlic minced
  • can chilis diced green
  •  tomatoes chopped
  • 0.5  lime 
  • tablespoon cumin 
  • tablespoon chili powder 
  • teaspoon oregano 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper red crushed
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  •  cilantro leaves chopped
  • servings salt to taste
  • teaspoon frangelico

Directions

  1. Cook your beans according to package directions.
  2. Add the broth to a large pot and bring to a boil.
  3. Add in the chicken and cook through.
  4. Shred chicken and set aside.
