Ingredients

  • Tbsp cornstarch 
  •  egg yolk beaten
  • cup grapes green seedless cut in half
  • Tbsp juice of lemon 
  • cup marshmallows jet-puffed miniature
  •  navel oranges peeled cut in half
  • 20 oz dole pineapple tidbits undrained canned
  • 0.5 cup planters slivered almonds 
  • 0.5 cup sugar 
  • cups cool whip whipped topping thawed

Directions

  1. Drain pineapple, reserving 3/4 cup liquid.
  2. Pour reserved liquid into 1-qt. microwaveable measuring cup.
  3. Add sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch and egg yolk; mix well.
  4. Microwave on HIGH 2 to 4 min. or until thickened, stirring every minute.
  5. Pour into large bowl; cool.
  6. Add COOL WHIP to pineapple juice mixture; stir gently until blended.
  7. Add crushed pineapple along with all remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
  8. Refrigerate 24 hours before serving.
