Ingredients

  • 0.3 cup almonds sliced
  • 1.5 cups chicken broth 
  • cups green beans trimmed halved
  • 0.3 cup dressing italian
  •  chicken thighs boneless skinless
  • cup rice white uncooked minute®

Equipment

  • ziploc bags

Directions

  1. Toss chicken with dressing in sealable plastic bag.
  2. Add chicken with dressing to large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; cook 4 minutes on each side or until browned.
  3. Stir in broth; bring to boil. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
  4. Add beans; cook 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (170 degrees F).
  5. Remove chicken from skillet.
  6. Add rice and almonds.
  7. Remove from heat; cover.
  8. Let stand 5 minutes.
  9. Serve chicken over rice mixture.
