Ingredients

  • Tbsp annatto paste 
  • slices oscar mayer baked ham cooked finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup 1/2 cup kraft zesty italian dressing italian kraft
  • 0.3 cup pimento-stuffed olives green sliced
  • small onion red separated sliced
  •  serrano chiles chopped
  • lb shrimp deveined uncooked peeled
  • large tomatoes seeded chopped

Directions

  1. Mix annato paste and dressing. Reserve 2 Tbsp.; pour remaining over shrimp in shallow glass dish. Turn to coat both sides of each shrimp. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.
  2. Heat large skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add reserved dressing mixture.
  4. Drain shrimp; discard marinade.
  5. Add shrimp to skillet; cook 1 min.
  6. Add remaining ingredients; cook 4 to 5 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender and shrimp turn pink, stirring frequently.
