  • 2.3 pounds acorn squash 
  • 0.1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • 1.5 tablespoons butter light
  • tablespoons maple syrup 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Cut squash in half lengthwise; scoop out seeds and discard.
  2. Cut each piece in half.
