Directions

  1. Sift dry ingredients; set aside. Beat eggs in a large bowl.
  2. Add oil and sugar; cream well.
  3. Add 'add ins' and vanilla.
  4. Add dry ingredients.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Add nuts.Spoon into 2 well greased loaf pans.
  7. Bake in preheated oven at 325 degrees for 1 hour.*Makes 2 Large Loafs -- but at Holiday time, I use the small foil pans for gifts -- usually 5 at a time!
