  • pound ground beef 
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground cumin 
  • teaspoons pepper black
  • tablespoons oregano dried
  •  potatoes cubed peeled
  • servings salt and pepper to taste
  • quarts water 
  • 0.5 cup rice white uncooked

Directions
