  • 0.3 cup planters almonds divided toasted sliced
  • cups broccoli florets 
  • 1.3 cups chicken broth fat-free reduced-sodium
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder 
  • cup rice white instant uncooked
  • lb chicken breasts boneless skinless
  • 0.3 cup tuscan house dressing italian divided kraft

Directions

  1. Cook chicken in 2 Tbsp. dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 4 min. on each side or until evenly browned.
  2. Stir in broth, garlic powder and remaining dressing; bring to boil. Cover; simmer 5 min or until chicken is done (165F).
  3. Remove chicken; cover to keep warm.
  4. Add broccoli to skillet; cook, uncovered, 3 min. Stir in rice and 3 Tbsp. nuts.
  5. Remove from heat; cover.
  6. Let stand 7 min.
  7. Serve chicken over rice; top with remaining nuts.
