Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons celery minced
- 0.3 teaspoon dill weed dried
- 1 tablespoon parsley dried
- 4 servings ground pepper black to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard prepared
- 1 tablespoon onion minced
- 4 servings salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon relish sweet
- 1 pound spicy tofu firm drained sliced well
- 1 teaspoon distilled vinegar white
- 1 teaspoon sugar white

- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, vinegar, mustard, sugar, turmeric, dill, and parsley.
- Mix well, and reserve.
- Place drained tofu in large bowl, and crumble with a fork. Stir in onion and celery.
- Mix in reserved mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Chill for several hours to allow flavors to blend.
