Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup coconut or frozen thawed grated toasted
  •  maraschino cherries 
  •  navel oranges peeled
  • 1.5 tablespoons orange juice 
  • 0.5  pineapple fresh cored peeled cut into cubes
  •  grapefruit red peeled
  • 750 milliliter sparkling rosé wine 
  • 0.3 cup sugar

    Directions

    1. Toss together oranges, grapefruit, and pineapple; set aside.
    2. Pour orange liqueur into a shallow saucer. Dip rims of 8 glasses in liqueur; dip rims in sugar, and let stand 30 minutes to dry completely.
    3. Spoon fruit mixture evenly into glasses.
    4. Add ros wine, filling three-fourths full; top with grated coconut and cherries.
    5. Serve immediately.
    6. Note: For testing purposes only, we used Sugar In The Raw for turbinado sugar.
