  • ounces curacao blue
  • ounce grenadine syrup 
  • ounces whipping cream (heavy)

    1. Chill cordial glasses, blue curaçao and grenadine in freezer several hoursbefore serving.
    2. In cup or separate glass, mix grenadine and cranberry juice; stir well.
    3. Pour equal amounts (about 1 tablespoon) into each cordial glass.
    4. Into each glass, gently pour 1 tablespoon (1/2 ounce) blue curaçao overback of a spoon onto grenadine mixture. Gently pour 1 tablespoon (1/2ounce) whipping cream over back of spoon onto curaçao.
