Ingredients

  • 0.3 cup breadcrumbs plain
  •  eggs 
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground mustard 
  • 0.5 pound ground pork 
  • pound ground beef lean
  • 0.5 cup onion finely chopped
  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.5 teaspoon lawry's seasoned salt

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 37
  2. Spray jelly roll pan, 15 1/2x10 1/2x1 inch, with cooking spray.
  3. Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Shape into 1-inch meatballs.
  4. Place in pan.
  5. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until no longer pink in center and juice is clear. Cool completely. Cover tightly and refrigerate until ready to use. Use in sauce as desired.
