  •  avocado pitted cubed peeled
  • tablespoons chives fresh chopped
  •  granny smith apples cored peeled sliced thin
  • pinch ground pepper black
  • cup hearts of palm sliced
  •  juice of lemon juiced
  • 0.3 cup catsup 
  • cup mayonnaise 
  • cups salad greens mixed
  • 0.3 teaspoon paprika 
  • 0.5 cup walnuts coarsely chopped
  • tablespoon sugar white

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, ketchup, sugar, lemon juice, paprika, and pepper together. Stir in the chives and set aside.
  2. Arrange the watercress on individual serving plates.
  3. Place apple, avocado, hearts of palm on top.
  4. Sprinkle with walnuts and drizzle with dressing.
  5. Evenly sprinkle dressing over salad and serve.
