Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup apple juice 
  •  apples chopped
  • tsp ground cinnamon 
  • large onion chopped
  • 0.3 cup planters pecans chopped
  • 1.5 lb sweet potatoes peeled cut into bite-size chunks ( 3)
  • slices oscar mayer selects uncured turkey bacon chopped

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Cook onions and bacon in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 7 to 8 min. or until onions are crisp-tender.
  3. Place potatoes in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. Add apples, apple juice and cinnamon; mix lightly. Top with onion mixture; cover.
  5. Bake 40 min. Uncover; top with nuts.
  6. Bake 15 min. or until potatoes are tender and most of the liquid is absorbed.
