  • pound apples shredded cored peeled
  • cup aged cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.3 teaspoon cinnamon 
  • strips bacon crumbled cooked
  • teaspoon dijon mustard 
  • large eggs 
  • 0.3 cup flour (or rice flour)
  • tablespoon juice of lemon 
  • servings oil for shallow frying
  • servings salt and pepper to taste

Directions
