  •  cooking apples good peeled chopped
  • cup cranberries fresh
  • 0.5 cup onion chopped
  • 0.3 cup cider vinegar 
  • 0.3 cup brown sugar 
  • Tbsp orange zest 
  • Tbsp ginger freshly grated
  • 1.5 teaspoon cinnamon 
  • pinch of ground clove
