  • medium apples peeled sliced
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • 0.3 teaspoon nutmeg 
  • teaspoons juice of lemon 
  • tablespoons butter 
  • 0.5 cup oats uncooked
  • tablespoons walnut pieces chopped
