  • pkg jell-o lemon flavor gelatin sugar free (8-serving size)
  • small apples diced green red
  • 1.5 cups water boiling

Directions

  1. Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in cold juice. Refrigerate about 1-1/2 hours or until thickened (spoon drawn through leaves definite impression).
  2. Stir in apples.
  3. Pour into 2-quart serving bowl.
  4. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.
