  • large mcintosh apples cored peeled finely chopped
  • teaspoons double-acting baking powder 
  • teaspoon baking soda 
  • ounces butterscotch chips ()
  •  eggs 
  • cups flour

  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • cup sugar 
  • cup vegetable oil
