  • serving apples for garnish
  • ounces apples 
  • 0.3 cup sage fresh
  • 0.5 ounce simple syrup glaze 
  • cup sugar 
  • cup water 
  • dashes irish whiskey (or Angostura, if you can't find the Fee's)

Directions
