Ingredients

  • 24 oz diestel breakfast sausage johnsonville®
  • 21 oz peach pie filling with more fruit canned
  • cups apples peeled chopped
  • oz sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1.5 cups milk 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper 
  •  eggs 
  • 1.5 cups frangelico

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In 12-inch skillet, cook sausage over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, breaking up with spoon, until no longer pink; drain. Stir in pie filling and apples.
  3. Spread mixture evenly in baking dish. Top with 1 cup of the cheese.
  4. In large bowl, stir Bisquick mix, milk, salt, pepper and eggs with wire whisk or fork until blended.
  5. Pour evenly over cheese.
  6. Bake 30 to 37 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Top with remaining 1 cup cheese.
  7. Bake 3 to 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
  8. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
