Ingredients

  • tablespoons apple cider vinegar 
  • ounce cabbage and carrots shredded
  • stalks celery chopped
  • 0.3 cup granulated sugar 
  •  apples diced green cored
  •  green onions thinly sliced
  • tablespoons ranch seasoning and salad dressing mix 
  • servings salt and pepper 
  • 0.8 cup cup heavy whipping cream sour

Directions

  1. Whisk sour cream, sugar, vinegar, and ranch seasoning in large bowl to blend.
  2. Add cabbage mixture, apples, green onions and celery. Toss to coat. Season, to taste, with salt and pepper. Cover tightly and chill for 20 minutes or up to 4 hours.
  3. Serve cold.
