  • 0.3 cup butter melted
  • 0.5 cup apricots dried coarsely chopped
  • 0.5 cup cherries dried
  • 0.3 cup golden raisins 
  • 0.5 cup honey 
  • 2.8 cups regular oats 
  • 0.5 cup slivered almonds 
  • 0.3 cup walnuts coarsely chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 35
  2. Combine oats, almonds, and next 4 ingredients (through raisins) in a medium bowl.
  3. Combine honey and butter.
  4. Drizzle honey mixture over oat mixture; toss to coat.
  5. Spread mixture in a single layer onto a jelly-roll pan.
  6. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes; stir.
  7. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely on pan. Break into pieces.
