- 8.8 ounce apricots drained chopped canned
- 1 quart all-natural apricot nectar
- 1 pint cream sour
- 8 ounce non-dairy whipped topping frozen thawed

Directions
- Pour the apricot nectar into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in gelatin mix until completely dissolved.
- Whisk in sour cream until smooth or process in a blender.
