  • teaspoons beef-flavored bouillon granules 
  • 1.5 teaspoons garlic powder 
  • 0.5 cup golden raisins 
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground allspice 
  • 1.5 teaspoons ground cinnamon 
  • pound lamb lean
  • cup onion chopped
  • 0.3 cup pinenuts toasted
  • tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar 
  • cups water

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 35
  2. Cook beef and onion in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until beef is browned, stirring to crumble.
  3. Drain in a colander; return to skillet.
  4. Add water and next 5 ingredients; stir well.
  5. Spoon mixture into an 11- x 7-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Stir in raisins and pine nuts.
  6. Serve with seasoned rice vinegar.
