  • cup artichoke hearts canned rinsed halved drained
  • ounces goat cheese 
  • 0.3 teaspoon oregano dried
  • tablespoon oregano fresh
  • tablespoons parmesan grated
  •  uncook pizza crust whole-wheat
  • large plum tomatoes diced
  • 0.5 cup ricotta cheese 
  • ounces chicken breast boneless skinless thinly sliced
