Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 45
  2. Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add artichokes, mushrooms, garlic, and Italian seasoning; saut 1 minute or until mushrooms are tender.
  4. Sprinkle artichoke mixture over 1 piece prepared pizza. Top with 1/4 cup cheese, and bake at 450 for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
