  • pound flank steak trimmed
  • 0.3 cup green onions chopped
  • tablespoons soya sauce low-sodium
  • tablespoons rice wine vinegar 
  • teaspoon sesame oil toasted

Directions

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Combine first 7 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk.
  3. Place steak on a broiler rack coated with cooking spray.
  4. Pour soy mixture over steak.
  5. Broil steak 3 inches from heat 5 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
  6. Let stand 5 minutes; thinly slice across grain.
