- 0.3 cup classic catalina dressing kraft
- 0.3 tsp pepper red crushed
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tsp oil
- 1 lb chicken breasts boneless skinless cut into thin strips
- 2 Tbsp lite soy sauce
- 0.5 cup water

- Add chicken and garlic; cook 6 to 8 min. or until chicken is done, stirring occasionally.
