Ingredients

  • tablespoon sesame oil 
  • cups broccoli florets 
  • cups chicken breast strips/pre-cooked/chopped cooked chopped
  • 0.3 cup chicken broth low sodium
  • tablespoons rice vinegar 
  • tablespoon mirin 
  • 0.5 cup water 
  • 0.5 teaspoon sriracha 
  • tablespoon fish sauce 
  • teaspoon soya sauce 
  • 0.5 tablespoon cornstarch 
  • cup spring onion sliced
  • cups brown rice cooked

Directions

  1. Combine rice vinegar, Mirin, water, chili garlic sauce, fish sauce, soy sauce and cornstarch in a bowl.
  2. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat and spray with cooking spray.
  3. Add sesame oil and stir fry broccoli for 3 4 minutes until crisp-tender.
  4. Add 1/4 cup chicken broth if needed to keep from burning.
  5. Add cooked chicken and sauce. Cook another 3 4 minutes until sauce thickens and chicken is heated through.
  6. Serve with basmati rice.
